About Our Founder & President:

From 1974 to 2000, Terry Sisco was a senior manager at Bloomingdales and other national brands. Starting as manager of a store’s fine jewelry department, he was promoted to Regional Vice President and eventually promoted to Senior Vice President managing 150 stores with over 500 sales and management staff. After generating five years of double-digit sales in the Fine Jewelry division, Terry was promoted to Senior Vice President of Advertising and Sales Promotion.

2000, Terry Sisco founded Exsellerate, Inc. to bring insights gained with major retailers to independent and regional retail organizations. He created sales processes and training programs for major jewelry brands including Maurice Lacroix Swiss Watch, Co., Platinum Guild International, Blue Nile’s Global Call centers, as well as prestige retailers such as CD Peacock, Robbins Brothers and hundreds more.

2005, he became a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst. Right in the middle of a training workshop at Blue Nile’s Global Call Center in Seattle, Terry had a life altering epiphany. In the middle of the workshop He thought to himself, on a ten-point scale with one being the poorest and ten being the best, “Why am I working so hard to get 4’s to perform like a 6 or 7, when I should be able to consistently hire 9’s and 10’s to begin with?”

He went through extensive training and became certified as a Behavior Analyst at TTI Success Insights in Scottsdale, AZ.

2015, he created the Sisco Sales Score, a Fine Jewelry Sales Professional behavioral benchmark that become an industry standard for identifying top performers. The benchmark predicts future performance with 92% accuracy.

2018, Exsellerate launched Talent Management Plus, an online talent application & tracking site.

2021, Exsellerate launched the NAMEdropper sales opportunity tracking app. The mobile app allows salespeople to easily convert opportunities into sales.
